Our apologies for this! We did have a large delivery a while ago where a lot of the shoes had this problem. Our warehouse staff had to extensively go through every pair and they were returned back to the manufacturer, unfortunately it looks as though you received a rogue pair. They have since, re-inspected the shoes to double check the stock we have. I can see from your account that we have arranged a collection for the shoes and will process the refund as soon as we get them back as requested.
