Wallflower Complaint

Competent when I complained ... but basically 'wait and see'. They were let down by their courier. Moral: be cautious about buying live plants on the internet such as wallflower which are not dormant.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your wallflowers were let down by the courier and understand your concerns about ordering live plants online. We’re pleased our team dealt with your complaint, but appreciate that being advised to wait and see may not have given you the reassurance you needed. We apologise for the disappointment caused. Kind regards, Samie Thompson & Morgan Customer Care

We’re very sorry that your Wallflower Harlequin Mixed plants took six days to arrive and were in such poor condition when delivered. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after spending three weeks caring for them with only around half appearing suitable for planting on. We apologise for the experience and appreciate you taking the time to share these details and photographs. Kind regards, Samie Thompson & Morgan Customer Care

I am very sorry to hear that nine of the Winter Bedding Super Saver Collection plants have failed to survive, despite being planted out on the day of arrival. We understand how disappointing this must be, particularly when you have taken care to plant them promptly. We are committed to providing healthy, good-quality plants and would like to put this right for you. We will arrange for a suitable replacement for the plants that have not survived, subject to availability. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. Kindest regards, Naomi, Thompson & Morgan Customer Care.
