Thompson & Morgan Reviews

Thank you for your 4-star review. We’re pleased to hear you found the Winter Bedding Super Saver Collection good value for the number of plants received. We’re sorry that a few arrived looking a little worse for wear, but we hope they recover well after planting and go on to provide a lovely display. Kind regards, Samie Thompson & Morgan Customer Care

We’re very sorry that your Wallflower Harlequin Mixed plants took six days to arrive and were in such poor condition when delivered. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after spending three weeks caring for them with only around half appearing suitable for planting on. We apologise for the experience and appreciate you taking the time to share these details and photographs. Kind regards, Samie Thompson & Morgan Customer Care

I am very sorry to hear that nine of the Winter Bedding Super Saver Collection plants have failed to survive, despite being planted out on the day of arrival. We understand how disappointing this must be, particularly when you have taken care to plant them promptly. We are committed to providing healthy, good-quality plants and would like to put this right for you. We will arrange for a suitable replacement for the plants that have not survived, subject to availability. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. Kindest regards, Naomi, Thompson & Morgan Customer Care.
