Unfortunately several rows of the plugs had come loose in the package and all of one of the plant species was rotting at the base of the stem. Only about 20% of the plants survived once planted.

This is definitely not how we expect our plants to be received by our customers and I am glad you have brought this to our attention so we are able to rectify the matter. Accordingly, I have replaced the 36 Perennial Pack for delivery when our next batch is available, this is currently scheduled to be during September 2017. The plants were an offer at cost of postage so very good value

The packaging was damaged when received which could have been the post office's fault. The postman pointed the squashed box corner when he delivered it. This caused damage to some of the plant 'plugs'

Nicely packaged.....and arrived when expected.

Very well packaged but plants quite small to be sold as 'garden ready'...will have to see how well they grow & flower.
