As per the delivery note that was sent with your goods, we must be notified of any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of receiving the goods. However, I will be investigating this with our warehouse team and will refund your delivery charge and one of your coupling as a good will gesture. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
