Good morning, Our sincere apologies for the issues you experienced with your delivery. We have no idea why there would not have been enough postage as we use pre paid labels on our parcels. I have had a look into the tracking of your parcel and unfortunately, no tracking information is displayed. This may be due to the label coming off of the parcel during transit. Good morning Steve, I can see that you had a telephone conversation with one of our senior technical advisors last week and an email was also sent to you, relaying the information that was discussed over the phone. There is no mention of you being advised to use staples in this information. The technical advisor has informed me that you would have been using levelling compound over the top of your boards. In this case, we would not be advising to use staples at all.
