Thank you for your feedback. We have done a lot of work to improve speed of order turnaround in recent months. All our product is down-packed fresh for each order so this is a challenge but we have made a marked overall improvement even in the recent very busy time of year. We hope you'll notice the improvement.

Thank you for your review. We have worked very hard in recent months to drastically improve order turnaround at busy times such as we've just been through and to keep our customers better informed. We hope you will see the effect on these improvements permanently. Because all our products are down-packed to order and not simply picked from a shelf there is a limit to how fast we can turn orders around but we do always offer Express delivery as an option which has consistently seen orders dispatched on the day the order is received for next working day delivery where possible for UK customers.

We used to supply in 25Kg sacks but dangerous goods shipping restrictions now limit us to a maximum of 1Kg inner packs with a max of 30 x 1Kg in an outer in 1 consignment. It was easier for everyone before but if there was an accident whilst shipping we could be liable, hence the change.
