Royal Mail let them down, but their service surpassed all expectations!

Whilst the tree did not arrive as requested or planned, their service is rectifying the situation was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

please be advised i have yet to receive confirmation of delivery

sorry I cannot comment as I have yet to receive confirmation this has been delivered and I am VERY concerned as this tree originally started its journey on 22 august and it is now 27 august.

I am REALLY disappointed it appears this has not been delivered please let me know where this tree is - Obviously if it has suffered due to too long without water I wiii expect you to replace it without a problem
