We are incredibly sorry that you've had such an underwhelming experience with the delivery service thus far. Usually speaking, Royal Mail are very reliable and it's such a shame that in this instance you've felt let down. Because we are delivering a natural product the courier will always attempt to deliver and leave the tree gift in a safe place, even if the recipient is not in.
