They were very helpful in getting my order to me. There were lots of emails making sure the order was correct and it was delivered to the correct address, as this was an international order.

The pole fitness wear they sell they don't even actually have in stock. You're better off ordering directly from the distributor. I made an order 2/09/18 and still have not received my order 3/16/18....
