Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I had an insurance policy with horse insurance & received a renewal quote which I felt was way too high I contacted emporium & received a quote from then which I accepted & asked for the start date to be 01/09/2018 I contacted my original insurance company & advised that I was not renewing - I got an e - mail back asking if I was cancelling. I relied yes I was then informed that I had 3 policies was I cancelling all of them. I asked for clarification on the policies & never received a reply. I the asked in Emporium was the same company as Horse Insurance Co.UK again no response I sent another 2 e mails & still never received a reply Hope this explains my issues that I have concerning if I am insured or not Gordon

Thank you for your response.

It seems there is an aspect of confusion here; the new policy you set up with us is due to start on 1st September 2018 as agreed. We will arrange for your original policy to be cancelled from the renewal date as we are underwritten by the same company.

To clarify, you only have the one policy with us.
