We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Emporium make mistakes and don't respond to messages sent to them

Emporium made a mistake setting up my policy. I sent them an email to fix it a week ago and still haven't heard from them.
