Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We've had a look and can see that 4 quotations were taken for your 2 pets. 2 of the policies were started and 2 of them cancelled whilst in the 'quote stage'. Your online portal was showing 2 quotes and 2 active policies. We've removed the quotations from your portal - only the active policies will show.

We're sorry that we couldn't facilitate your request on this occasion. The regular collection date on a policy is determined by the start date of the policy. Currently the process does require starting a new policy up with the desired regular collection matching the start date.

We are always looking at improving our customer journey and direct debit amendments are being considered.
