Online applications are reviewed before cover is accepted, and unfortunately our policies exclude loss where the caravans is situated on a working farm. As this information was disclosed following your application, we were unable to proceed with the policy. We appreciate this will have been disappointing and apologise for any frustration caused.

Whilst you did advise us that your pet had been sadly put to sleep, the monthly instruction to your bank for your premium was already in process prior to the policy being cancelled. This does mean that we have to await for the monies to clear , prior to processing a refund.
We can see form the file details that the refund is being processed, and should be with you shortly.
