The wallet color you originally requested was brand new, and took much longer to arrive than we expected. We're glad the substitute color was acceptable, and hope you'll be willing to give us another chance in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for any confusion about the recycled glass plates!  They are not recommended for microwave use, as our product info states, but we will be glad to have your broken plate replaced at no charge. If you ever have trouble with anything you've ordered from us, let us know and we'll do our best to correct the problem.
