Bowl is OK, some black streaks. A little disappointing given the price.
More deep teak color in the bowl.

We're so sorry that the bowl was not as you expected. It is natural wood and our product description mentions that the figuring on each bowl is unique, so if you describe your preferences when you order we will do our best to match them. You are always welcome to exchange at the time of purchase if an item is not to your liking.

The napkins I ordered are a beautiful color but they differ significantly in size. More than 2" difference.

Thank you for your helpful feedback about the napkins you purchased. The loose weave of linen does sometimes lead to variable results after washing, but we agreed that this was an unusual degree of shrinkage. When we discussed this problem following your purchase, we sent you a gift card that you could use for a few replacement napkins if you wished -- and since our gift cards don't expire, that offer is still open!

That was a nice gesture - and I appreciate it. Thanks for the reminder as I had forgotten about it. Now if I can find it, I'll order some new COTTON napkins this time.
