We have referred to our notes relating to your set up and can confirm that once we had all the necessary information your site was set up in five weeks (normally this process takes around 6-8 weeks). Very good service. Too reliant on Visa however !

Have been good/very good over the years that we have used Suresite. Not happy however with some recent VISA outages.There does not seem to be a plan B when this occurs. Perhaps it's time to think...

Thank you for your review of our service. Visa outages are not usually within our control. When we are made aware of such outages, we inform all our customers immediately via text message.

We understand that you use your own broadband so if the Visa outages are broadband related, we suggest you contact your supplier. One back up solution may be to use site manual vouchers which can be ordered from the acquirer (currently Barclays). I hope this helps, if you need to discuss further, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
