We are very sorry if there has been any confusion. However, we do state on our website that if the items are in our main warehouse and you order before 12pm then it will be next day delivery, however if the item is in our external warehouse then the item can take a few more days to arrive, both of which are free of charge. Just for your future reference our width fittings are F/G, however some shoes can come up either narrower or wider so we recommend giving us a call if you unsure so that we can do our best to advise you. Getting the items to our customers quickly and efficiently is something we do our best to achieve. We are happy you found the shoes to be good although its a shame you are not happy with the delivery charge. With regards to international shipping rates this is something we are working on and will hopefully have a cheaper option for our oversees customers in the near future, so do keep an eye out.
