We are happy to hear that that is our only down point, although we definitely take your point on board about not enough stock. I can see you ordered 'Lord' which is a very popular shoe that seems to fly out almost immediately despite re-ordering numerous times. Spat is also a fantastic shoe similar to Lord but designed by Jasmine Guinness for the British Heart Foundation so it will be good to know your money is going to a good cause. Sincerely, Francesca

It is a very rare occasion that our warehouse ever dispatches the incorrect stock as we have many safe guards in place to prevent this happening, however, we realise this was not what happened in your case.
