Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for getting in touch and for your feedback. If you find that you have too much/too little product then you are able to easily alter your order frequency or change the date of your next order within your account. If you need help please do contact our customer service team who will be more than happy to assist. Sorry to hear you are finding our packs difficult to open. Here is a quick guide which will hopefully help. How to open your pack: 1. Tear off the end strip - this reveals the inner tray. 2. Remove the back tab (where you push the tray from) and the single side tab. 3. Squeeze the single side tab to slide the tray out when needed.
