Hi, thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled to hear you are enjoying the dishwash tablets. Regarding your recent order dispatched in February, we're sorry you did not see our reminder email in time to make changes. For future peace of mind you can always view your upcoming schedule by logging into your account. As of 3 March we introduced fully tracked delivery for all orders. Multiple orders processing on the same day or within your grouping window will dispatch together in one box. Grouped deliveries £20 or more have free delivery. If you need a hand adjusting your account please do contact our customer service team who will be very happy to help.
