I reviewed your last order with us and the package was delivered on 4/17 and signed by “KCLAIR.” It looks like this person has signed for previous packages for your location. We do recycle our boxes, so, by chance, was your order misplaced due to the exterior labeling of the box? Our shipping rates are based on the subtotal amount of your order, as detailed on our website. For orders under $99.99, we charge a flat rate of $12.95 to cover the cost of shipping and handling. We strive to be transparent about our shipping fees and have them listed clearly on our website to avoid any confusion. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we evaluate our shipping policies in the future. However, please note that we do our best to keep our prices competitive while still providing quality products and services to our customers.
