Updating my review in light of Sally’s investigation and the return of my requested funds along with an acceptable outcome to the investigation she conducted. I have updated my star rating to better reflect the level of service I received. The team reached out to me in advance of the cremation to check on music, flowers, timings etc. As well as set my expectations for the day itself. Overall despite some issues unrelated to the actual cremation I would still recommend their service.
