The concerns were raised, and I think they were put right. Simon in customer service was absolutely amazing. I think he went above and beyond to give a fantastic customer service, especially when all i could do was cry on the phone. Please pass on my thanks to him, and the rest of the people on the phones. They all do an amazing job. Its the people in between (maybe office staff), who need teaching on how to deal with people in these circumstances. Thank you.
