Contacted customer relation team on 17/3/22 as received letter saying that my Funeral Plan Guide had been sent to me and what did I think of it.As I had not yet received these details I wanted to know what on earth was going on! Apparently details should be in the post plus a refund cheque for my original funeral plan which will be sent separately. I await in hope but might die in despair! Am dealing with a lady named Katie who assures me all will be well but I must admit I’m losing confidence in Dignityy
