Yes everything went well and Nathan was very nice, polite and helpful. Only negative comment is the phone number you continually quote in your paperwork can't get through on!

Very disappointed

Disappointed with service as was told my mothers ashes would be scattered locally but after cremation was informed that it was nearly an hour and a half drive away so ended up having to pay extra £75...
