How do we deal with fake reviews?

We are sorry to hear you didn't receive maturity correspondence, two maturity emails are always generated out to all customers with accounts due to mature with in 3 weeks the first would be to let you know the account is coming up to maturity and the second is sent two weeks before with a code for you to be able to access the maturity portal to give instruction, this would have been generated out to the email we hold on file for you. In regards to maturity if you wanted to transfer funds from a bond into an isa this can be done but the account would have to mature first and then the desired isa account can be opened, once this is open an internal transfer can be actioned as long as the funds being transferred do not exceed the ISA allowance limit for the tax year. unfortunately we do NOT offer ISAs as retention products for bonds.
