One of the items I bought came broken in it’s box....in contacting customer service they were prompt to respond and quickly sent out a replacement. The products themselves are great, will definitely...
Delivery was timely and top quality merchandise! Have ordered before from Scientifics Direct and would highly recommend them! Hope everyone likes their Christmas gifts!
Why would you let me pay $10 extra for 2 day shipping when it doesn’t work during the holidays? I realize I should have looked closer, but still...crappy deal.
One of the products came broken and shattered glass went all over myself and the rug.
