I am still trying to return this mistaken order, but the FedEx facility said the label you emailed to me was already expired when sent and it needs a bar code. Can you send me the correct label?
The product came in a timely manner and my son was happy to open it on Christmas. Unfortunately, after putting it together, the lights turned on but it wouldn't walk. My husband took most of it...

Item was broken out of the box. I was concerned because I had no paperwork to prove where I had purchased it from. Customer service responded promptly to my query and offered to have the broken item picked up by FedX and said they’d ship a new a new one right away! This is more than I expected. Many companies , when you don’t have the paperwork just say “sorry”.
