staff are friendly and do there job nothing else probally due to sandals no tipping policy which does not work in my opinion

Hello Janice, thank you for sharing your feedback with us.  We are sorry that you feel you unrecognised for your continued support as you were not provided with a complimentary room upgrade during your stay. Though not standard policy, we do try to upgrade our guests’ rooms when space is available. Regrettably at the time of your stay, being in high season, the resort was operating at  full capacity and were unable to extend this courtesy. Please be assured that we do very much value your patronage and loyalty and we try and show this through the many rewards gained through our Sandals Select guest loyalty program. We are pleased that despite this disappointment you will continue to return to our resorts.  Thank you once again and we look forward to welcoming you home on your next visit.
