overall the staff were attentive and friendly.
With the exception of a few waiters who failed to notice when one needed serving the service was excellent.

I can find no fault with the service given. Sandals I believe are keen to get things right, with senior managers who offer practical solutions to any matters and are seen in the resort on a daily...

We were very disappointed to learn that your stay at Sandals Emerald Bay did not live up to your expectations and your experiences at our other resorts that you have previously visited. As you know we take great pride in providing the very best service and we are truly sorry that this stay was not reflective of this.
