How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your complimentary comments regarding our service which have been passed onto Lorraine. We apologise for the production problems you experienced with your chair and subsequent replacements which, unfortunately, could not be resolved, despite the involvement of celebrity's Managing Director. We trust you are satisfied with your reselection to a standard chair. Julie Jewiss on behalf of Roomes Stores Ltd.
