We apologise for the problems you are experiencing with our service. Michael Roome is aware of your situation and has been in direct contact with the Managing Director of our supplier with regard to their quality control procedure.We have been assured that measures have now been put in place to ensure the problems you have encountered do not happen in the future and we have been informed that your replacement table will be inspected personally by the supplier's MD. We always endeavour to reach a satisfactory solution with our suppliers to any problems encountered but if we find this is not forthcoming we do take action to remove those suppliers from our store.
