Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

SERVICE SO FAR HAS BEEN VERY SATISFACTORY,BUT UNTIL ALL IS COMPLETED JUST PRIOR TO DEPARTURE ON THE CRUISE IT IS DIFFICULT TO GIVE FULL ASSESSMENT.

I would book a holiday through ROL again,

I would use ROL again, having used them before. I find there is a lot of expectation for the customer to understand the room types etc.
