We're delighted to hear that you thought the cruise itself was brilliant. Thank you for your candid thoughts on flying versus taking the Eurostar option. For guests who may find managing their own luggage more challenging, flying may be a more suitable option. Alternatively, we invite guests to enquire about our 'Baggageman' service. We work with a partnered supplier who collects our guests' luggage one week prior to departure and returns it one week after returning home. Guest's find their luggage in their cabin upon arrival at the ship and do not need to worry about transporting it.

We appreciate that food is a deeply personal experience and what may be satisfactory for one guest, may not be for another. We were also sorry to learn that the design and layout of the ship did not align with your expectations. We appreciate that the onboard environment plays an important role in the overall enjoyment of a holiday, and we regret that aspects of the ship's configuration detracted from your experience. Please be assured that, in consideration of the typical demographics of our guests, significant thought and planning were given to the ship’s design and layout. This was undertaken with the aim of providing a comfortable and practical environment, whilst also ensuring compliance with the stringent health and safety requirements necessary for the safe operation of our itineraries. We recognise, however, that individual preferences and expectations will vary, and we are sorry that the ship’s design was not better suited to your personal requirements.
