first hotel in pisa only let down by volume of food should have been less courses with improved quality.... second hotel first class ... once again riviera gave us a fantastic hol.

Paul was an excellent tour guide.

The only down side was the 2 sitting system used by the Hotel for evening dinner. This led to a rushed meal as the table had to be vacated well before the next sitting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second trip with Riviera, even if the weather was not on our side. The hotel in Salzburg was very well situated in the old part of the city, and whilst the hotel in Kaprun...

Lesley was an excellent Guide on the Boat and David was excellent in Budapest. The visit to Esztergom was not quite so good and the inability to visit the castle in Bratislava was a disappointment....

Over all the tour was brilliant. The downside was that we couldn't always hear what Noel was saying as he was competing with traffic, horses and mostly church bells. Might I suggest that you issue...
