Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very friendly customer service but could not confirm if our coach would have toilet facilities which was important to us.

We do aim to provide a toilet on every coach on our excursions, however if for any reason a coach has to be taken out of service it may be that it has to be substituted for one without. For that reason we cannot guarantee a toilet, however I don't believe we have sent a coach without a toilet out on an excursion during 2018.

If this was the case, we would try to incorporate a comfort stop on the journey if possible.
