We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

If you have a question for the client it is better to ask then write whatever you think. It feels like the resume was done in a rush and the flow of it was terrible.

Sorry for any misunderstanding but they certainly didn't intend to seem condescending or impatient. I see you chose email as your means of communication with them and I think what happens is...simply that sometimes intonation is lost in electronic communication and we all tend to sometimes read emails & texts with a "voice" that the sender did not necessarily intend. I'd like to help make this right.

Please understand that often one or two sentences can make all the difference. In our discussions, you indicated there was no specific job to which you were applying. It sounds* like the resume may have then been used for a very specific purpose despite having a more general objective. If this is the case, it would explain the reaction you got. Of course, there are a number of other variables to consider. Is the job you DID get the same one at which you were....at first, rejected ? If not, then it may have very well simply had to do with that one reviewer (I doubt they said your resume was "bad"? Did they give you any more feedback than that? Was this at an interview)?
