Poor service
Service was far from what was expected. Writer never reached out, first resume came with other customers name. Literally copied my old annual evaluations into the resume.

Hi ! Sorry to hear this. I do see quite a bit of interaction documented between you and your lead writer. They are certainly available for more, however, if you're not satisfied. In the 4 page version of your resume that I'm looking at now, I do not see any text copied. We will call you shortly to review so we can get "on the same page" and make sure you receive a version of your resume that YOU love!
