Very impressed by your service not only over the phone where I told the gentleman who explained it with great patience, that it looked so good that I couldn't wait to "kick the bucket" But seriously, after the call, the people "behind the scene" should be congratulated.Mail arrived as promised and a small alteration was fixed within a week

I'm trying to cancel my insurance still in cooling off period
Spoke with over 4 people in the phone waste over 3 hours and still nothing happened.
I don't know how many times someone need to call to get results very disappointing!
