Please accept my apologies on behalf of the team. I have tracked your order and the shipment is out for delivery today (6th Feb 23). However, I can see that there were delays during the shipping process which we will be speaking to UPS about, as it's not clear what has caused them. This is not the usual service we deliver, nor is it the standard we are known for and pride ourselves on. As such, I'd like to refund you the full cost of your shipping by way of an apology.
