Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. First, please let me apologise for the delay you experienced with your order. I'm very sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the service you received. I can see that you placed on order on the Monday, but it wasn't delivered until the following Thursday, which is far too long to have waited. As such, I have looked further into the order and shipping history. Your order was despatched from our warehouse on the 31st Jan, the day after you placed the order, on a DHL Express delivery service. The order should therefore have been delivered by Friday 3rd at the very latest, but DHL state they needed more information to complete the delivery and then passed the shipment over to a third-party agent. It's not clear why they have done so in this instance, but it is something we will be speaking to them about. Unfortunately, this delay was completely out of our control, but you shouldn't have had to wait so long for your order. By way of an apology, and as a goodwill gesture, I'd like to refund your shipping cost in full.
