This was then followed by a 4-day national holiday in the UK, during which no orders were processed. As a result, your order was dispatched on the next working day, 7th April. Under normal circumstances, your order would have been processed and delivered much more quickly in line with our usual timelines. I’ve also checked the tracking and can confirm that your parcel has not been held in customs; it is currently moving through the standard customs clearance process. That said, we fully recognize that this experience has fallen short of your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. As a gesture of goodwill, I have already requested that your shipping to be refunded when we spoke yesterday. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re very sorry for the delays you’ve encountered.
