Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a renewal process in place which is designed to ensure that our clients have ample opportunity to renew. Feedback we have received in the past indicates that limited renewal correspondence can be missed and we endeavour to ensure that no customer is left without insurance as a result of our processes.
