Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. With regards to the referral incentive, there has been a delay for all November incentive payments, but I assure you that you are on the list to get the incentive. So I do apologise for that. With regards to the actual Public Sector IR35 Solution product, could you please highlight what exactly you weren’t happy with? You said that yours wasn’t as good as the one your colleagues have received, I just wanted to know where we failed you this time round - so that I can rectify it for you? I do apologise that you feel you haven’t received the best services from us and if there is anything I can do to help, i.e. redo the Public Sector certificate for you, then I am more than happy to help.
