Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that you may feel like this is too good to be true, but the TLC policy really is supposed to give you peace of mind in the event of an enquiry. We are not in any position to refuse any TLC claim based on answers given, unless it was obviously very clear that the insured had been misleading in their answers. There is a claims team who have to investigate every claim made, but unless there is something to exclude your claim as stated in the exclusions section of the policy, then there really isn't any reason as to why we would refuse a TLC claim. IR35 itself is not black and white, but we have designed the questions to cover the most important aspects of an IR35 enquiry. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt that the service and product was poor. We have issued a refund which was confirmed to you over the telephone yesterday. The refund was for the IR35 contract assessment which is a review of a different contract to the Public Sector IR35 Solution, so you have effectively had this service for free on one of your contracts. I can't see how we have made a mistake in the review which would cause the report to lose credibility. I would be grateful if this was highlighted to me to investigate further.
