Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Unlike many personal lines insurances (motor insurance in particular) Professional Indemnity Insurance has generally very low claims incidents rates. On this basis no claims bonuses are unsustainable. Increased premiums would be applied to those who do make claims, but the benefit of the low claims nature of the product as a whole is effectively passed on to all clients. We are confident that our IT contractors Professional Indemnity policies are offered at market leading rates. Would have put a better score, but have had two opposing decisions given on essentially identical contracts. Didn't feel it warranted 'bad' though, because I did eventually resolve the matter.
