Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you very much for your feedback and please let me apologise for any inconvenience caused. It appears that the system added the admin fee to your order in error. Our agreement with the ICB is that members do not get charged administration fees when wanting to pay via direct debit, hence why this would not have been brought to your attention at time of renewal. I can only apologise that the fee was added to your order and understand that a refund has since been processed for you. If you are yet to receive this please contact us on 0116 2690999.
