Indeed you did contact me but I was unwilling to discuss the matter because I don't feel that anything you say would conclusively resolve the issue and as such, a discussion would be a wade of my time. You also chose to ignore my comment in our discussion that I have been over charged in the past for insurance I am now informed I can never utilise.
