Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Insurances paid on a Direct Debit basis are renewed automatically 28 days before the policy expires and a letter is sent on the same day to inform you of the upcoming renewal and premiums. At this stage, the policies are not live and the renewal may be cancelled at any time before any payments are collected. Once the policy has incepted there is a 14 day cooling off period which allows you to cancel and get a refund of any premium collected.
